| C. | Student Outcomes | : | 1. Researcher PDIM-UMM graduates will possess broad and in-depth insight into research in their field. They will have sharp observational skills for observing phenomena in research. They will be able to generate scientific findings and construct new phenomena, hypotheses, or knowledge. They will also be able to produce, communicate, and publish research in reputable national and international scientific journals, which will benefit the wider community 2. Professional/entrepreneur/consultant (Competencies in management innovation, applied research, and organizational transformation) The need for professional/entrepreneur/consultant positions is increasing in line with the dynamics of the business environment, characterized by technological disruption, economic uncertainty, and the demand for continuous innovation. PDIM-UMM graduates are designed to possess strategic analytical skills, applied research capabilities, and the integration of Islamic values into managerial practices, potentially driving organizational transformation and creating knowledge-based solutions. Graduates with this profile will have wide-ranging career prospects, including strategic consultants, business policy advisors, and research-based entrepreneurs capable of enhancing organizational competitiveness and contributing to the nation's economic progress 3. Lecturer (Competence in producing new theories, international publications, and methodological research) Lecturers will have a strategic urgency in addressing the need to improve the quality of higher education and national research productivity. Policies to strengthen research, achieve reputable publications, and downstream research output demand doctoral academics who not only master advanced research methodologies but are also capable of producing relevant theoretical and empirical contributions. PDIM-UMM graduates with this profile will have significant prospects to play a role as developers of management science, research group leaders, and drivers of national and international academic collaboration, while also serve as agents of internalization of Islamic values in the development of science and technology 4. Business Organization Manager (Leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making competencies) Business Organization Manager is becoming increasingly important in the context of the need for adaptive and evidence-based strategic leadership. The complexity of modern organizational management demands managers with systemic thinking skills, research-based decision making, and ethical and sustainability sensitivity. PDIM-UMM graduates are expected to be able to fill strategic positions at various levels of business organizations, both nationally and globally, with career prospects as top executives, change leaders, and directors of organizational transformation oriented toward long-term performance and sustainability. 5. Public Institution Bureaucrats The role of intellectual bureaucrats in public institutions is increasingly important in facing the challenges of bureaucratic reform, governance, and improving the quality of public services. PDIM-UMM graduates will have excellent prospects as strategic bureaucrats, particularly in the role of policy makers, through research producing policy briefs, strategic unit leaders, and agents of change in public governance that are professional, accountable, and grounded in Islamic values and the principles of good governance. | |
